- Once a payment is successfully processed, the subscription activates automatically within seconds.
- All subscription fees are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.
4. User Obligations

- You are solely responsible for maintaining your device and internet connectivity.

- We only collect your Retailer ID and payment transaction ID to manage subscriptions and verify payments.
- If you contact our support team, we may request additional details solely to identify and resolve your issue.
- All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant Indian privacy rules.
6. Service Fee and Non-Refundability
- Subscription charges cover digital guidance, software setup support, and app usage assistance.
- Since these services are delivered instantly, no refunds or cancellations are possible once activated.
- Exceptions apply only in cases of duplicate payment or failure of service delivery from our side (as outlined in our Refund Policy).
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not affiliated with or responsible for the functioning of any government-owned DBT systems or servers.
- We are not liable for any data loss, system issues, or damages arising from the use of third-party applications or devices.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the subscription in question.
