Payment and Service Description
Payments made to availing the subscription of App.
- Payments made on dbtfert.in are for subscribing to the App.
- Each subscription includes step-by-step guidance, installation assistance, and setup support for the app on your Android device.
- Once payment is successfully received, your subscription is automatically activated within a few seconds through our digital delivery system.
Refund Policy
- No Refunds
- All payments made for subscription are non-refundable.
- Once the subscription is activated, no cancellations, chargebacks, or refund requests will be accepted.
- This policy applies irrespective of whether the customer uses or does not use the service after activation.
- Automated Fulfilment
- Our subscription services are delivered instantly and automatically after successful payment.
- As the system is fully automated, the order is considered fulfilled immediately upon activation.
- Hence, refunds cannot be issued once the service has been successfully delivered.
- Non-eligibility for Refund
- Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect or duplicate order placement by the customer.
- Failure to use or access the app/service due to customer’s own device, internet, or system issues.
- Expectation mismatch or dissatisfaction after activation, as all core features are described before purchase.

- A refund will only be considered in the following rare cases:
- Duplicate Payment: If the customer is charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.
- Service Failure: If the service could not be delivered or activated from our side due to a verified technical issue.

All such refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment to hello@dbtfert.in, along with proof of payment. After the verification the refund will be credited in 8 to 10 working days in their original payment mode.
